Of vaccines and clothes...

Jr. had his 2-month doc's appointment yesterday and had to get 4 vaccine shots. Needless to say the poor guy was crying up a storm after he got stuck 4 times in the thighs. We had to give him some infant Tylenol (grape-flavored, dosed with a dropper) to get him to calm down and sleep some. Nevertheless, the night was somewhat rough, back to waking up and nursing often.

On a side note, D keeps growing and he's well into his 3-month clothes. I happily begun to upgrade him to the next set of clothes only to find that some were already too tight! Gymboree (I'm calling them out by name) makes their footed sleepers really snug (with all the SIDS paranoia) and lo and behold, by the time I dressed Damiano in his super-cute marine sleeper he looked like an overstuffed marine sausage. I'm still dressing him in it out of sheer will, but I'll have to come to terms with the fact that he doesn't fit in it soon...
