Arriba Los Cabos!

Just got back from Mexico - Los Cabos area - D's first beach and international travel experience. It was really hot, so we spent most of our time by the pool or indoors with air conditioning. D got lots of compliments for being a good flyer, for being a well-behaved baby (I think the heat was making him sluggish) and for being the little charmer that he is. Most importantly, he got to go for his first swim in the pool. Although at the beginning he wasn't too thrilled with being in the water, after he got accustomed to it he was having fun splashing around with mom and dad.
Ken and Stacey's wedding was really fun, and although we didn't know any other guests, they did a good job at having multiple events for people to mix. D got to wear his summertime clothes for one last time before he outgrows them (we love that Little Rome collection with the vespas)...
As usual, the break was barely long enough, but it was great to spend a little time at the beach since this summer just flew by! We're looking forward to the day when we'll be able to dive again (family vacation in Hawaii anyone?).

On a totally unrelated note: Damiano is 5 months today, so we'll be starting solids soon since the little guy gets hungrier and hungrier. Luckily we have Smokey, our floor cleaner, so if food goes everywhere (and it will) it won't be a huge deal... =)
