Seats and dogs, oh my!

The D continues to grow and develop at warp speed. He can now hold up his neck pretty well and loves to be able to sit up in his baby seat that his aunty Ingrid got him. He also now sees and recognizes Smokey, and will smile at him. Smokey of course, has kept on licking him all along, and although sneak lick attacks are still disconcerting, generally having his puppy around makes Damiano happy.


He's also started to reach for, grab and willingly play with objects. His playyard now truly lives up to its name - filled with toys he may want to handle or interact with. His hands are still his favorite though, and so far he hasn't wanted to taste a foreign object yet, although I'm sure that will come... Finally, we think his eyes are beginning to turn in color. We see some more pigment coming in around the iris and we think he'll end up with brown eyes (despite my wishing he'd inherit his father's eyes).
