Big changes

D's had two big changes just in the past week - first, the two front bottom teeth have started to come through. Yes, after months of drooling his pearly whites are coming out. They've barely broken the gumline, but he was pretty worked up about it, and Chris had to take him home from daycare early.

Then, just yesterday, he decided to pull himself up using the side rail of the crib. Since we've been using both the crib and the playpen as safe containment areas, we had to make changes and drop the mattress/floor all the way to the bottom, so he can't pull up and fall out. If we thought putting him down at night was hard, this is a much further way to go.

Having no pictures of his teeth or him pulling himself up, I'll just post another one of him as he makes his way steadily through the fruit and veg world. Here's a shot of him eating papaya (and no, I wasn't the one feeding him, if you catch my drift).
